If any of the following are found in dumpster there will be an additional fee added or drivers may refuse pick up. Contractor or homeowner is responsible for all that goes in dumpster. Cruz Hauling will not be responsible for any claims of damage when the container is placed as directed by the contractor, homeowner, or their agents, that includes driveway cracks, sinking, or landscaping. When dumpster is placed on the street any fire, accident, or incident involving the dumpster the contractor or homeowner must be fully responsible. By ordering and receiving the dumpster you have agreed to all terms and conditions.”
